Rain storm

This is the 4th time the same family gets flooded because of a rainstorm; there was so much water in the alley's drain system that most of it and mud came inside the house. We checked the security cameras, and within 3 minutes, the situation was getting worse and worse. The water took three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, and part of the kitchen, starting with the garage. This lady lives on her own, and by midnight, she had to call her son for him to help her retain the water and clean and dry as much as they could so that the damage wouldn't get any further. By the next day, they called SERVPRO, and within 30 minutes, we were there testing the surfaces, making an estimate, and guiding these people throw the situation.
