Humidity due to water leak

We got the call on Friday, but it all started by Monday. This apartment had a humid odor, and our customer heard a weird noise coming from his neighbor's apartment upstairs; when they went to check, a pipe broke, but they were able to shut the valve off on time so that the water wouldn't keep spreading they called someone to assess the problem. Still, they only used dehumidifiers and air flows to remove the smell and balance the humidity in the air. When SERVPRO of southwest Irving problem arrived, the apartment was still smelling and feeling pretty humid. We noticed they didn't fix the problem, we checked the area, and the problem was more extensive than they thought. There was water coming from upstairs. It was in the living room walls and ceiling, kitchen walls and cabinets, and master bedroom bathroom. Even though it was a weekend, we worked and did our best, and our customer is finally feeling relieved because he can tell we are restoring his property.
