Broken water heater

The picture above shows some saturation on the garage ceiling, but the truth is that when our team tested the rest of the roof, the saturation was more extensive than it looked. That's why we had to remove the rest of the ceiling. In fact, there was standing water on the floor, too; that's the main reason why the homeowner noticed there was something wrong; luckily, his cars and belongings did not get affected. It was all the result of a leaking water heater. It is essential to periodically check all our appliances because we might prevent any further damage.
