Drying and dehumidification
Saturations and humidity may be invisible to the naked eye; your property may even look dry and don't have an odor, but it is there. Most buildings materials are porous, and water and humidification travels and these surfaces absorb it, and the retention of moisture causes them to warp, swell, break down, or cause mold. At SERVPRO, we use specialized equipment such as high-speed industrial air movers to create airflow across walls, carpets, furniture, and industrial-grade dehumidifiers to prevent secondary water damage. Followed by moisture meters to remove the moisture manipulating the temperature and relative humidity until materials return to drying goals.
