Leak in W.C

When our expert team got to the house, there was water on the floor, we extracted it, and we had to cut it with the walls in order to clean up and dry. The affected areas were the living room, two hallways, and two bathrooms, and we tested for moisture through the home, photo-documented, and did a thermal image that detects the humidity on the walls with ut sensors. The customer reported that the leak started from one of the pipes of the WC. We removed bulk material, reevaluated the remaining materials and assemblies, and protected the contents as needed. At the end, we used the HEPA (High-efficiency particulate air)  vacuum, applied antimicrobial/disinfectant, deodorized it with ozone treatment, and reconstructed the walls and floor.
